Book a Day I read because of my reading club – August 2018
Cosmétique de l’ennemi by Amélie Nothomb was a short little book we read for book club meeting in February 2016. This was back when I used to read a lot more than I read now. Something about the year 2016/2017 has dulled down on my reading habits.
I remember very little about this book and the meeting we had in the book club. I made no reviews or even comments for it and I find that strange. After reading the short introduction to the book again I remember very little still.
Book was short, characters were barely two and the plot was short as well. It was a confusing short book that required more time than that I gave it. some people in the meeting loved it and some were intrigued by it. Few were like me, confused more than anything else…
